Payments for consultations, products, or courses must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in advance.
Payment Plans: If a payment plan is offered and agreed upon, the client is responsible for making all scheduled payments on time. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of services until payment is brought current.
Refunds: Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of services, all payments are non-refundable, except in circumstances where the clinician is unable to fulfill the service.

Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment time without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full session fee.
Late Arrivals: If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and the full fee will apply. If the practitioner is late, the full session time will be honored or rescheduled at no additional cost.
Emergencies: Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency, at the discretion of the clinician.
