Initial Intake Session

An 1.5-3 hour, in-depth interview focused on understanding your health concerns, history, diet, lifestyle patterns, and constitution. This session lays the foundation for whole-system care and allows for a thorough assessment before a complete wellness plan is created.
Follow Up Session

A one hour visit that focuses on refining recommendations, answering questions, and determining supportive next steps for ongoing care. An initial intake session is required for all new clients before booking a follow up session.
Simple Guidance Session

A focused, 30 minute visit for a single symptom or immediate health concern. Includes a brief intake with personalized recommendations/custom herbal formulation for targeted care of your current health issue.
