Initial Intake Session
→ For those who feel called to understand their health at a deeper level and are willing to engage in meaningful change towards restoring their vitality.
This bundle is designed for new clients and begins with a 2–3 hour in-depth intake session. During this initial visit, we explore your primary health concerns alongside a comprehensive review of your health history, diet, lifestyle patterns, and constitutional tendencies. This time allows for a thorough, holistic understanding rather than quick symptom-based care. At the end of the initial visit, up to three preliminary recommendations may be offered to address primary concerns and begin the healing process.
Following the intake, time is taken to research your case and conduct an extensive analysis to uncover patterns and root influences related to your health concerns.
A one-hour follow-up session is a required and integral part of all new client intakes and will be scheduled during the intake. During this follow-up, your full wellness plan is presented, discussed in detail, and refined together, with space to explore options for ongoing care and support. Your comprehensive plan will include herb, supplement, diet, and lifestyle recommendations, broken into realistic steps. Subsequent follow-ups may then be scheduled to assess the actions taken from the wellness plan, answer questions and make adjustments based on new health information.

What to Expect from a Clinical Consultation
Before your session
After booking, you’ll receive an intake form to gather key information about your health history, current concerns, diet, lifestyle, any medications, and goals. This allows me to do any preliminary research and for our time together to be spent in meaningful, focused conversation.
During our time together
Sessions are conversational and collaborative. I’ll ask in-depth questions to understand patterns, root causes, and the broader context of your health. This may include discussing digestion, sleep, stress, energy levels, emotional wellbeing, environmental influences, and daily routines.
Initial guidance
During the intake, you’ll receive a small number of initial recommendations to begin supporting your system right away. These are intentionally simple and foundational, allowing space for your body to respond before deeper interventions are introduced.
After the intake
Following our session, I take time to research your case and perform a comprehensive analysis to identify underlying patterns and contributing factors. This work informs your personalized wellness plan.
Follow-up session
Your first follow-up appointment is where your full plan is presented. We’ll review herbal recommendations, dietary and lifestyle support, and discuss options for moving forward at a pace that feels sustainable and aligned for you.
Ongoing care
Healing is a process, not a single visit. The most profound changes are seen when working together over weeks or months. Some clients choose continued support through follow-ups or seasonal check-ins, while others apply the tools they’ve learned independently. We will create a plan that works best for you.
