Plant Spirit Journey with Rose

Discover the teachings of rose through a guided medicine tasting and meditative sound journey. Learn practical ways to work with the medicinal properties of rose and leave with a deeper understanding of her gifts. Led by clinical herbalist and sound healing practitioner Emma Steer and shamanic energy practitioner and herbalist Bree Kasper.

What’s included:

  • Rose medicine sampling, community sharing, take home medicines, and informational booklet with recipes and rituals.

  • Education on the medicinal actions of rose and how to work with rose medicine, the spiritual virtues of rose, and how to communicate with plants and learn from them directly.

  • Guided meditative sound journey to connect with the spirit of the rose.

What to bring:

  • Journal and pen

  • Anything to make yourself comfortable (we will provide yoga mats, cushions, and blankets)

  • An open heart
