Custom Herbal Formula

A one time custom formula to address a minor singular concern such as colds and flu, skin flares, seasonal allergies, digestive complaints, pain or sleep disruptions. After you fill out the confidential form at the link below, I will collaborate with you to formulate a custom tea, tincture, powder, topical, etc. based on your responses. You may either receive the recommendation only or order your customized blend for local pickup or shipping. You will not need to meet with me for this process. An invoice is sent to your email to be paid at your leisure. You will also be sent via email information about your custom blend, including instructions on use.

This offerings does not include a clinical intake or ongoing care. It is not a replacement for working together in a full consultation and is best suited for acute needs. If you have complex or concurring health concerns, I recommend booking a clinical session for more involved and ongoing support.
